In the year 2002 through the efforts of Rev. Fr. Zerrudo and the Universal Living Rosary Association of St. Philomena, National Center, 430 Mayon Street, 1114 Quezon City, M.M., Philippines, St. Philomena was enthroned to her altar and started the celebration her feasts every August 2-11, and her Patronage every second Sunday of January.

Orocio, Parish Priest of the Santuario de Santa Philomena, Most Holy Redeemer Parish invited bishops from the different dioceses in the Philippines to celebrate novena and feast day Masses in honor of St. Philomena every August 2-11.
